Cha 'Kulma was a Sangheili in service with Jul 'Mdama's Covenant. After he learned of the death of Supreme Commander Jul 'Mdama, 'Kulma wanted the Covenant to regroup on Hesduros, though his fellow Sangheili chose to launch a desperate attack on the Swords of Sanghelios on Sanghelios.[1]
