Wartime Articles of Secrecy

The Wartime Articles of Secrecy are a set of United Nations Space Command emergency military laws concerning the confidentiality of classified information, dictating that the breach of code-word classification confidentiality is punishable by death. They were among the several laws used to enforce the secrecy of the Office of Naval Intelligence's excavation of Forerunner ruins beneath Onyx. They were cited to this end by Order 276.8.91.848 in 2525 and Flash 91762P-06 in 2552.[1]
