About me

I play video games for the same reason why I read books and watch films; I enjoy reading stories and analysing underlying meanings. Visual media coupled with amazing music pieces usually instantly wins my heart.

Favorite Halo moment

Most of it has been my favourite

  • Sergeant Johnson's speeches
  • John-117 and Thel 'Vadam working together throughout Halo 3
  • Clearing the last wave of Elites in Gravemind during Halo 2 LASO just by simply running straight into them
Worst Halo moment

Most of Halo 5 campaign

Anything else

You know, I'm something of an achievement hunter myself.

Hello, it's already been proven wrong by the first chapter of the novel, which was released yesterday. It started June 3 with Chief still inside the Auditorium.

CHAPTER ONE Silent Auditorium June 3, 2560

The light from the portal filled his heads-up display, white and blinding. In an instant, the neural interface linking the Master Chief—Spartan John-117—to his armor’s systems went dark. No latent or real-time data populated across his HUD’s interior screen. He was blind in more ways than one, left with only the adrenaline of recent battle and the sound of his pulse still thundering in his ears.

Against the warning of the Weapon, the young artificial intelligence currently residing in the crystalline layer between his Mjolnir armor and inner padding, and with the Silent Auditorium collapsing around them, there hadn’t been time to question the portal’s sudden appearance or its origins, so he’d made the call and leapt into the unknown.

Do you know which citation template is used for toys/merch?

Thanks. I saw it while working on stuff for Destinypedia, and figured I'd try applying it to the phoenix logs and audio logs on the timeline. Thanks for the heads up on to format citations for those two, I didn't see a template for that so I just left it as it was. I'll keep it in mind when working on the 2560 page tomorrow.
