Talk:Team SWAT

Clean-up the article[edit]

I cleaned-up the article a bit. Fixed a few grammatical and spelling mistakes. I also made a trivia section, some of the information that was in the Tips and Strategy section really didn't seem to fit. Any problems, feel free to change. I wasn't entirely sure if Halo 2's Team SWAT had motion trackers, though. That may need to be changed. XRoadToDawnX 19:29, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

I feel this could be still be cleaned up a bit, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. So if anyone could do this it would be great. Bungie.net helps a lot(http://www.bungie.net/online/playlists.aspx#) DKong 21:44, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Elites in SWAT[edit]

I don't really beleave that anyone should have a problem hitting Elites in swat due to the fact that there heads are almost dead center in there chests from a head on engagement, or in a from the side engagement you only have to give a slight lead, the only problem is hitting Elites from the back where there head is almost invisible. but shooting them in the back usualy gets less experenced players to turn around and reveal the head target area. but if your more experenced, you can go for a hard shot and clip that sweetspot between there shoulderblades hitting the back of there helmets. Jumping[edit]

The article says, bad grammar and all, "It is okay to jump, because you're enemy might have a hard time trying to adjust to your position."

Is this really true? I always find that when people are jumping, they're moving so slowly along a predictable arc that they're really easy to headshot. There are situations where jumping is useful (e.g. to jump across an entranceway when you're hiding behind it as someone is coming) but in my experience it's pretty useless in general. It is easier to pop their little grapes if they're in the air and the shooter is a good shot. You cannot move freely in the air, so it is easy to anticipate your position and kill you.
In short, it's untrue. Removed. 23:38, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
