Why not? We have articles for about every minor human restaurant and bar ever mentioned, including the ones that only get a passing mention in Contact Harvest, for example. Not to mention all the ones seen in the games. There's even an image for this one, so I don't see why it shouldn't be included. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 01:56, 21 October 2010 (EDT)
