No, we know he didn't activate any Halos because he needed a "reclaimer" to get the index from the library, which Master Chief could only get, and we know that the other reclaimer didn't make it because apparently you can find the dead guy in the library, otherwise, the Monitors of all the Halos would have destroyed all humanity, and the Flood, because that's what the Monitor tried to do in Halo 1, for example.-Bllasae[[User:Bllasae|Bllasae]] 00:49, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
