Is this able to be a stand-alone turret or is it always attached to vehicles? The description makes it sound like the Heavy needle cannon in the Fall of Reach was a separate thing from the vehicle mounted ones. --Crisperstorm (talk) 14:19, 21 June 2016 (EDT)
