:They should definitely be included in the same article, though I can't think of a way to include both locations in the title. For example, everything that happens at the Halo goes under "Installation 03", while everything that happened at the Forge goes under "The Composer's Forge". This page should be merged with [[Battle of Installation 03]]. Though taking place in separate locations, both events happened on the ring at the same time.
:I agree, only because the events happened at the same time in the same theater of war, despite different objectives.
