Talk:Flood carrier form

From Halopedia, the Halo wiki

Untitled[edit]

I wonder if you cut one in half what you would see inside........... Ewww

Huh?[edit]

I didn't know that Combat Forms became Carrier Forms after an extended time...please provide a reference. If none appears, I'll delete that information. Sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Sincerely,

It has been confirmed that the flood combat forms do inded mutate into the carrier forms over time or if baddley damaged. My main question is where is it prooven in halo wars that grunts and jackels are not turned into carriers (I still don't respect halo wars as real cannon) thanks, Dak393 01:00, February 17, 2010 (UTC)

The article mentions the use of a sniper rifle to bring the Carrier form to its knees... I thought that the Flood were practically immune to snipers, and besides that, isn't it a bit of a waste of ammo to waste an entire sniper round on just a carrier form, when there are probably many more times carrier forms alone than there are sniper rounds, not to mention all the other enemies which would be much easier to take down with the sniper?

A sniper rifle can kill a flood form if you shoot it in the head( the place with the senesory tentacles) although, a sniper shot anywhere else is pretty much useless. I once wasted an entire supply of sniper ammo on a single combat form!(Drone232 13:40, November 3, 2009 (UTC))

The article says that you cant cause a carrier form to explode. But I'm pretty sure that when you shoot it once with a shotgun it does explode without ever falling to its knees; about 3 infection forms come out (all this being in halo 1). If someone could confirm that thanks :) --Black kille 03:52, December 23, 2009 (UTC)
