Split into in-universe and real world sections[edit]

I think, since the MP maps in H4 are real in-universe locations, I think it would be appropriate to separate all of the MP map pages into two sections, one in-universe and one real world. I used this one as a sort of "demo". --WTRiker (talk) 00:04, 19 October 2013 (EDT)

I would agree with this tactic. It is true that Spartan Ops missions are the actual Requiem locations and that the War Games scenarios played out on Infinity by the Spartans are holographic recreations of those actual places (plus others that are not on Requiem like Adrift, Longbow, Wreckage, etc.), though they too all have an in-universe reality of their own. I would agree that both should be represented, whether it's in the same article as the map name or just on one on War Games in general. -ScaleMaster117 (talk) 10:17, 19 October 2013 (EDT)
If we do the split articles, we'd somehow need to move Mister Chief down the page. If we separate the articles, maybe have one be "Complex (map)" for the real world, and the other be "Complex (simulation)", "Complex (War Games)" or just "Complex". --WTRiker (talk) 16:21, 19 October 2013 (EDT)
Hold on, Complex takes place on Galileo Base. Wouldn't Galileo Base itself be Complex, i.e. Complex is the codename for Galileo Base? Granted, I haven't read the EVG. — subtank 19:42, 19 October 2013 (EDT)
Galileo Base is the actual site on the planet Requiem. Complex is the name for the War Games holograhic combat simulation map the Spartans train on based on the Galileo Base design and locale. -ScaleMaster117 (talk) 20:01, 19 October 2013 (EDT)
Yes, that's my understanding from reading the article. So, why the need for two sections? It has already been established in War Games that the maps are simulations and are more tied with an in-universe explanation than previous multiplayer maps. We don't need two articles on "War Games", one covering the multiplayer component and another covering the in-universe explanation. A simple trivia or mention within the description section would suffice. — subtank 20:09, 19 October 2013 (EDT)
