Talk:Chiron

Untitled[edit]

Should we add the main info of the multiplayer map, ie the history stuff to here and make that artical solely multiplayer?--Spartan 1138 02:38, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

Chiron Tl34 not on Mars[edit]

Do not put Chiron TL-34 (Training Location 34) on Mars. We do not know where it was exactly, but the pulse generator from Alpha Halo can be heard in the background.

A Chiron facility was over Mars, you have no proof that the Chiron TL34 facility was. --User:MLG Cheehwawa

Canon[edit]

is this canon? I didn't think humans were that advanced technologicaly speaking. ~ UserWiki:Galacticdominator|~ ]]~ ~ 23:29, October 31, 2009 (UTC)

If you are reffering to the fact they have teleporters, the reason they have them is because they stole it from Covenant technology. --Sgt.T.N.Biscuits 23:48, October 31, 2009 (UTC)

I know but even then. Covenent use grav-lifs. only forrunner use teleporters. And couldn't the UNSC find a more practical use for them? Like evacuating refugies or something. wouldn't relvolving doors be a cheaper way to train Spartans in CQ combat? ~ UserWiki:Galacticdominator|~ ]]~ ~ 19:15, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

The purpose of the Test Station is to train SPARTANs in Covenant-controlled areas by replicating their technology.- 5əb'7aŋk(7alk) 19:19, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Again the only time we see covenent use teleporters is on High Charity on the Gemini (Level). and they are never seen in campaign. or mentioned in the novels. ~ UserWiki:Galacticdominator|~ ]]~ ~ 19:42, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Let me get this straight: Are you inferring that the inclusion of the teleporters in any maps/levels is considered not canon? So, what if we never seen teleporters in the campaign or in the novels. What we know is that the UNSC replicate Covenant technology and it is inferred that the Teleportation technology is from the Covenant which is also a Forerunner technology. We don't decide what is canon and what is not just because they are not mentioned in the campaign or in the novels. Unless it contradicts the superior canon, it stays canon.- 5əb'7aŋk(7alk) 20:27, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

No Im just saying it doesn't Seem canon. I think we should ask someone. Yes I do think it should be kept until it is proven non-canon. But like Boarding action it doesn't seem very believable. ~ UserWiki:Galacticdominator|~]] ~ ~ 13:37, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
