Hey, according to Dr. Halsey's journal, the Official Secrets Act has a date of November 23rd.
Partial quote from the journal:
November 23rd, 2550
A new UNSC regulation came down today regulating the confidentiality and nondisclosure of any official messenger satchel.
This is the Official Secrets Act she is referring to, right? Then should a date be added to the page for 2550 to reflect this?
