The original ORION Project was started in 2321 under the Colonial Administrative Authority and later put on hold till 2491, which is when Johnson was selected for the SPARTAN-I Program. I suggest reading ORION Project.外国人^(7alk) 03:51, January 22, 2010 (UTC)
