The Svir system was a part of Covenant controlled space until the Great Schism, and is now a part of the Covenant Separatists territories[citation needed]. The system is home to five planets, including the gas giant Te, which possesses a planetary ring which was once a Forerunner artifact, inhabited by the Lekgolo.[1]
