ARGUS Drones are small, disc-like, one meter wide aerial Drones equipped with ARGUS detection systems, which stay aloft by a single shrouded rotor.[1] They are also equipped with targeting computers and one or more Lancet Micro-missiles.[2] Their function was to detect and occasionally destroy explosives on motorways and in buildings. Despite their widespread use, ARGUS Drones are not infallible, having wrongly identified explosives on an innocent civilian on at least one occasion.
