OEUVRE Smart AI program

The OEUVRE Smart AI program was a project in effect by 2551 under the administration of the United Nations Space Command's Office of Naval Intelligence. The program created several smart artificial intelligence constructs, including Iona.[1][2]

"Oeuvre" is French for the work of an artist, composer, or author, a reference to the program's apparent intentions.
