Naval Force Reconnaissance School

The Naval Force Reconnaissance School was a supposed UNSC Naval installation located on Reach, at the Black Sea. Falsified biographies for John-117 and "Jakob Walker", created by ONI Section Two, claimed the two to have trained there when they enlisted for UNSC service. It is unknown whether the facility itself was made up for the lie.
