HRS 550-45(b)

HRS 550-45(b) was a statute or regulation establishing that an official and valid copy of a State of Mare Nubium Department of Health Certificate of Live Birth serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding. It was in effect by 2492 in Mare Nubium on Luna.[1]
