In time, the artisan's behavior became impossible to restrain or control, and his eyes became clouded in madness. It operates exactly identically to a normal Storm Rifle except with upgraded accuracy, longer firing period before overheating (2.73 s instead of 1.83 s), and improved heat dissipation (cools down from full overheat in 1.95 seconds).
