{{Article quote|Stranded on a remote world, a handful of survivors managed to use their ship's debris to thrive long after the crash.}}
'''Exile''' is a [[Halo Wars]] [[multiplayer]] map.<ref>[http://www.halowars.com/forums/permalink/451842/454925/ShowThread.aspx#454925 HaloWars.com]</ref> <ref>[http://www.halowars.com/stats/StatsGame.aspx?Id=93093028-1414-7170-2600-000000000000 HaloWars.com]</ref>
It has three starting bases, which are occupied by the [[The Flood|Flood]] if playing on 1v1 or 2v2. There is what appears to be a Flood [[Flood colony|Colony Form]] in the middle, though you cannot destroy it, and it also cannot destroy any of your units. The Map also features four Forerunner Reactors, as compared to being occupied by the usual Rebels, they are now occupied by Infected Marines and/or Infected Jackals.

'''Exile''' is a [[multiplayer]] map featured in ''[[Halo 4]]'' and ''[[Halo: The Master Chief Collection]]''.
==Strategy==

Using this map's bonus reactors is a key feature to winning the battle. [[Covenant Empire|Covenant]] players should instantly seek to claim the bonus reactors with infantry, using their Leaders to clear the area out first. This means that the Covenant player no longer needs to spend 3000 supplies researching, [[Ages of Doubt|Age of Doubt]] or [[Ages of Reclamation|Age of Reclamation]], and can therefore upgrade their leaders and access the most powerful units early in the game.
==Universe and lore==
In 3v3 games, players who spawn in the center bases should be ready to defend themselves immediately in case of a possible enemy "rush", and should therefore focus more on units then on supplies until they have a suitable defense. Often turrets can be a good defense against early [[M12 Force Application Vehicle|Warthog]] rushes. Conversely, you might want to immediately attack the player opposite you if you do spawn in the center. Finally, this map generally favors air units, and therefore players should seek to train [[AV-14 Hornet|Hornets]]/[[AV-22 Sparrowhawk|Hawks]] if they are the UNSC; Covenant players should therefore seek to train either [[Type-26 Ground Support Aircraft|Banshees]] or [[Vampire]]s, as these air units can maneuver around the map easier then map ground units can, however, the Covenant [[Type-47 Ultra Heavy Assault Platform|Scarab]] is extremely useful for traveling over the rough terrain.
{{Main|UNSC Diadochi}}
Miraculously, the survivors of the {{UNSCShip|Diadochi}}'s violent crash managed to not only recover provisions from the vessel's debris field, but also use it as a makeshift shelter for several years. When rescue and recovery teams finally arrived, they were surprised to discover a healthy, burgeoning community thriving within the ship's remains.

==Layout==
The area is circular and contains a series of interconnecting caves, with several large, open spaces in between.
The map is popular to use among BTB, Dominion, and CTF game modes.

==Trivia==
The UNSC ''Didadochi''<nowiki>'</nowiki>s aft [[:File:HaloWars-SOF-Sunset.jpg|closely resembles]] that of a {{Class|Phoenix|colony ship}}, though the wreckage is far too small to be a ''Phoenix''. Furthermore, the vessel's hull classification symbol (''AE-830'') indicates that she was an ammunition ship, while ''Phoenix''-class ships are designated ''CFV''.
