At some point in late [[2558]], shortly before the [[Created uprising]], FIXER was involved in an investigation which placed him in direct contact with an [[ONI Section Two]] communications officer working under Director [[Schaefer]] who was producing propaganda about the [[Spartan]] programs. FIXER called the officer through a voice filter, wanting to know how the officer had managed to acquire some unspecified information.{{Ref/Reuse|Helljumpers}} In [[2559#October|October 2559]], almost a year after the rise of [[Cortana]] and the [[Created]], FIXER attempted to confirm data from Operations [[Operation: BREAKER TRIP|BREAKER TRIP]], [[Operation: WOLFE|WOLFE]], and [[Operation: KICKSTAND|KICKSTAND]].{{Ref/Marketing|Id=Reclaiming|HTMCC|ONI Archive|ONI Archive – Reclaiming Our Place - Halo 4}} Around this time, FIXER was also involved in tasking agent [[Parisa]] for her next mission following the successful completion of [[Operation: HOURGLASS]].{{Ref/Audio|HIMA|Chapter 6: Impressions}}

During the [[Battle for Zeta Halo]], an ONI agent deployed on [[Installation 07|the installation]], [[Codename: POINTER]], was able to find a vulnerability in a [[Banished]] transmitter at the [[Horn of Abolition (location)|Horn of Abolition]] and relay data about the UNSC campaign on Zeta Halo. On [[2560#January|January 1, 2560]], [[Admiral]] [[Jilan al-Cygni]] spoke with FIXER about how close [[Project BOOKWORM]] had come to succeeding while observing [[Boundary]] and the remains of the [[Lithos]] from the [[prowler]] ''[[Akkadian]]''. Al-Cygni admitted that she was looking for any progress and what made this site different from the ones found on [[Kamchatka]], [[Juvedai]], [[Amasa]] and [[Genesis]]. FIXER suggested that al-Cygni look into the reports that FIXER had sent over as ONI had been seeing a strong uptick in activity gleaned from the [[Domain]] terminals they had tabs on. However, FIXER couldn't explain what the activity was exactly, cracking a joke about how they'd have a much better retirement plan if they could. ONI wasn't sure if the fluctuations were related to [[Battle for Zeta Halo|the events]] at [[Installation 07|Zeta Halo]] or not, but it was worth noting nonetheless.
