Content for Banished Honor is available through a 20 tier operation pass, which is perpetually available through ''Halo Infinite's'' switcher. Banished Honor was initially free on launch, allowing players to progress through the operation pass over the course of its month-long tenure, with [[Challenges/Halo Infinite|challenges]] and general XP contributing to the pass' levels. While free, players could purchase the premium pass for 500 cR, providing a non-expiring operation pass which could be progressed at any time, along with the Fuego Flame armor coating as a bonus item. Upon Banished Honor's end, its operation pass was replaced by Tenrai IV's pass, and locked to those who did not purchase it; as per before, it remains indefinitely accessible through ''Infinite's'' switcher.

Banished Honor would see the formal launch of [[The Exchange (Halo Infinite)|the Exchange]], a storefront centered on earnable, free earnable currency known as [[Spartan Points|"Spartan Points"]]. The Exchange serves as a way for [[Halo Studios]] to rotate in previous earnable, but vaulted cosmetics, while also injecting some new unique unlocks themed around the operations that were launching at the time. Banished Honor's release would introduce five new cosmetics themed around the Banished, with the Crowd Pleaser utility filling out the [[CHAMPION-class armor|Champion armor]] unlocked in the pass. It would also see the [[20th Anniversary]] and [[The Yappening (Halo Infinite)|The Yappening's]] content added in for those who hadn't earned them in [[2021]] and [[2022]].
Buying the Banished Honor Premium Pass for 500 cR unlocks the Fuego Flame [[Armor coatings (Halo Infinite)|armor coating]] for all armor cores.

All promotional material for Banished Honor would show the Datacore Administrator visor as the unlockable visor within the pass. As this visor was already available through the Facing Firewall bundle released during [[Season 03: Echoes Within]], it would ultimately be replaced with the Essence Decompilation visor, an unused [[Fractures: Firewall|Firewall]] visor option from the same update.{{Ref/Reuse|BanishedHonorLaunch}}
