"Porebrik" Restaurant (Russian: "ПОРЕБРИК" РЕСТОРАН) is a restaurant located in the city of Tyumen, specifically in Precinct 13.[1]

- The restaurant's name is derived from the Russian word поребрик (porebrik), meaning "curb" or "curbstone" — a regional term used primarily in Saint Petersburg as opposed to the more common Russian word бордюр (bordyur). The choice of a Saint Petersburg regionalism for a business in Tyumen is a curiosity, as Tyumen is a city in Siberia and not traditionally associated with the Saint Petersburg dialect.
