Yeong-hao Holst is a SPARTAN-IV supersoldier.
Biography
After the Human-Covenant War, Holst was recruited as one of the first members of the SPARTAN-IV Program. During a training exercise he and Spartan Joel Thomas were disabled by stun rounds. After Spartan Sarah Palmer completed the objective, Jun-A266 berated them for nearly losing to the Marines. He was later on board the UNSC Infinity when it came under attack by Insurrectionists.[1] He joined Palmer in choosing an armor, selecting the Recon variant. When Ilsa Zane decompressed S-deck, Palmer ordered Holst to locate the emergency air masks for Jun and Thomas Lasky. Holst immediately found it, bashing the container open with his assault rifle. Spartans Palmer and Davis then attempted to retake Infinity's bridge from space as Holst and the others repelled the Insurrectionists on S-deck. When the Insurrectionist group opened fire, Holst shielded Lasky. Lasky then left Holst to quickly seal the rebels apart. The rebel incursion was successfully repelled due to their efforts.[2]
Equipment
Holst wears the Recon variant of the MJOLNIR GEN2 armor.[3]
