| Plaplap is a Unggoy jockey in service of the Banished, with the title of Plasmamaster. Following his induction, he became known by many of the Unggoy of the Banished for his creation of the Banished Beam Goblin. He often proclaims himself as being "Smartest of the Grunts" because of this and other deeds prior to joining.

| Like many Unngoy in the Banished, Plaplap often crumbles in fear in the presence of the Jiralhanae, especially higher ranked ones. Despite this, he'll often make remarks about them behind their backs.
