The UNSC Roman Blue was a Halcyon-class light cruiser in service with the UNSC Navy during the Human-Covenant War.
History
In December 2530, Captain James Cutter decided to give his executive officer, Terrence Hood, command of Roman Blue. Three months later, during the Battle of Arcadia, the ship was assigned to recover a log buoy dropped by the UNSC Spirit of Fire. The Roman Blue was not to get involved in the battle, because Arcadia was already deemed lost but Hood, in his pride and angry about all the loses were the Covenant giving to humanity, ordered to attack a CPV-class heavy destroyer. Seeing himself surpassed in all respects, Hood ordered the retreat of the system, without recovering Spirit of Fire's log buoy.[1]
