The Tenebrous was a Covenant Frigate attached to the Second Fleet of Homogeneous Clarity in the 9th Age of Reclamation.

The ship was with the Fleet during The Battle of Installation 05 and was controlled by Brutes. When the Civil War of the Covenant broke out, this ship assisted the Twilight Compunction and its Ship Master, Gargantum, in attacking the Elite held ship Incorruptible.[1] It was destroyed by the Incorruptible after it was hit with an Energy Projector.[2]

The word "Tenebrous" means:

  2. Hard to understand
  3. Causing gloom
