Team Echo[1] was a group of Spartan-III's in Beta Company, with their current status being KIA. They participated in Operation: TORPEDO on Pegasi Delta. Team Echo, along with every other member of Beta Company, except Tom-B292 and Lucy-B091, were killed during the operation.
