Template:Covenant Character Infobox Tano 'Inanrar, a Covenant Zealot Elite, was the Ship Master of the Covenant Reverance-class cruiser Incorruptible before that position was taken by Voro 'Mantakree.

He was a highly regarded commander, and a mentor to those who served under him. During his distinguished career, he led seven campaigns against the enemies of the Covenant. He also belonged to the Governors of Contrition, a controversial group that believed the Flood was a holy creation of the Forerunners: the perfect life form, one to be protected and embraced.

During The Battle of Installation 05, 'Inanrar commanded his vessel when the Civil War of the Covenant began, and the Brute Gargantum began attacking his ship. When 'Inanrar discovered that the Flood was loose on the surface of Installation 05, he had ordered his ship to land on the Halo to allow the Flood entry. His crew found this to be madness, but only one of them, Voro 'Mantakr, chose to express his feeling. 'Mantakr subsequently killed him on the bridge of the ship by shooting him in the back of the head with a Needler. 'Mantakr then ordered his blood to remain on the floor of the control center, as a gesture of respect to his former mentor.[1]
