The State of Mare Nubium Department of Health is a governmental health agency in Mare Nubium, Luna Confederated States. It is responsible for issuing a Certificate of Live Birth for any person born in the state. Such certificates are considered prima facie evidence of the fact of that person's birth in any court proceeding, in accordance with HRS 550-45(b).[1]
In 2492, the State of Mare Nubium Department of Health issued birth certificate no. 4216 for Ivan Troy Cole. The certificate listed Preston J. Cole as Ivan's legal father.[1]
