On July 19, 2532; it was reported by Codename: COALMINER to Codename: SURGEON in one of the PROGRESS REPORT/OPERATION HYPODERMIC transmissions that the candidates for the SPARTAN-III Alpha Company exceeded the index in terms of aggression, often turning on each other.[1]
