The Sixteenth Unggoy Disobedience was the sixteenth conflict which saw Unggoy attempt to secede from the Covenant through violence. The Disobedience was put down by Ripa 'Moramee, a Sangheili warlord thrall of the Covenant's Ministry of Preservation who led Sangheili and Mgalekgolo forces against the Unggoy insurgents. 'Moramee's success in quelling this rebellion would influence the Hierarchs' decision to grant him the rank of Arbiter.[1][2]
