A teenage resident of Sandholm, Dahlia, likes to skip her way up the hill to eat her lunch and look out over the town. At the start of the latter half of 2558, a viral hemorrhagic fever swept through the town in waves. A repeater that was perched near the top of Signal Hill failed after the second wave.
