As with the T-29, the operator can rotate the T-55 360 degrees, but is highly exposed. The T-55 lacks the T-29's mobility, thought it has a considerably higher rate of fire. The Type-55 Anti-Infantry Stationary Gun,[1] abbreviated as Type-55 ASG, is a Covenant anti-infantry gun turret and one of the emplacements generally identified as Shades. The reformed Covenant makes extensive use of the T-55 ASG and fielded the weapon during the first and second battles on Requiem in 2557 and 2558, respectively.
