The Robotic Rover is an automaton in use by the UNSC. A robotic rover, sometimes also referred to as a "Robotic Dolly" or "Service Drone", posesses minimun Artificial Intelligence capabilities. They can respond to basic verbal commands such as "Stop" or "Left" and "Right", but they are not otherwise interactive. They perform many various tasks. [1]

Service Drone: More advanced. They can perform complex engineering tasks, the same as the Engineers withing the Covenant. They do not require verbal controls, and can be activated via a ship's main computer. Frigates, such as the UNSC Gettysburg, have seven of these.
