Render to Video will be a new add-on feature for Halo 3 from Bungie Studios allowing players to capture in-game moments and upload them directly to their computers. Many aspiring Machinima makers are awaiting this update.

Announced

"Render to Video" was announced around October 2008.Template:Fact It has been announced by Bungie to become a way to transfer your Halo 3 videos or screen shots from your Xbox 360 hard drive to your PC.[1]

It has not been confirmed on whether or not it will be available to Mac users.

"It is being tested internally right now. It is still coming, but you'll have to be patient. It is a big feature with a lot of engineering and logistics required, so it will take a while to get up and running even after we're done making it work." Quoted from Achronos, a Bungie.net overlord.

Trivia
