Plasma battery

The Plasma Battery is the Covenant equivalent to the UNSC Fusion Coil. The exact purpose of the Plasma Battery is unknown. However, they can be used as improvised explosive devices due to their explosive reaction to weapons fire. It is possible they are a Covenant power source for Plasma Weapons which recharges them when they run out of power. Plasma Batteries also explode when a grenade detonates near them, when somebody shoots them, or when they are rammed with a vehicle. These appear in both Campaign and Multiplayer and can be very useful to whomever sees the right moment to detonate it, say near a pack of grunts. These can also be bought when in Forge costing a fair price they can be placed any were on the map even in mid-air. The plasma battery is also thought of as a similarity to the power core or propane tank.
