Piety is a Covenant Hudal-class auxiliary vessel in the post-Human-Covenant War era.[1]
Operational history
In February 2553, it's crew of Jiralhanae was in possesion of a Huragok that was going to be given to Avu Med 'Telcam and the Servants of Abiding Truth. The UNSC Port Stanley found out about the Huragok and decided to ambush the ship and take the Huragok away. They decided to use an EMP blast to disable the ship, since it had no hardening against it. After it was disabled they towed it into the Stanley's hangar. The EMP disabled the ships drive and cannon, shortly after entering the hangar, frame charges were placed on the ship's hatches, Naomi-010 entered the bridge and quickly dispatched the two Brutes there, Mal and Vaz entered the cargo compartment and engaged four Brutes.[2] Naomi helped them dispatch the remaining Brutes. Vaz soon found the Huragok hiding in one of the ventilation ducts, it attempted to flee but Vaz and Mal subdued it. With BB's help Naomi quickly removed the suicide harness from the Huragok. Once they searched the ship, altered the navigation system, and placed the Kig-Yar bodies on it, the team sent Piety back out into space.[3]
