Operation: INSTINCT was an operation enacted by the United Nations Space Command between February and May 2553. During the operation, Spartan-II Lieutenant Frederic-104 rescued Unified Earth Government diplomatic personnel and eliminated insurrectionist forces on the human colony of Andesia.[1]
