Operation: ECDYSIS was an operation conducted by the United Nations Space Command, related to the Zeta Halo project. The Ilex Facility established by the Office of Naval Intelligence was involved with the project, seemingly related to the base's research of artefacts and materiel recovered from Installation 07.[1]
