One Light is the ship of Castor, one of the Jiralhanae Dokabs that leads the radical Keepers of the One Freedom. In July of 2553, Castor and his pack traveled to the human Outer Colony of Gao aboard One Light to retrieve a Forerunner Oracle on the planet. Upon arriving at the world, One Light was ordered to land at the Campos Impound Hangar in Montero on Gao by a Ministry of Protection patrol corvette—allied with the Keepers of the One Freedom—for a false inspection. Upon landing, the crew of One Light worked to recover the Oracle.[1] After most of the Keepers of the One Freedom's forces were killed during an engagement on the planet, Castor and his forces retreated aboard One Light.[2]
