The Office of Investigations is an organization within the UNSC Navy. It is presumably part of either Logistical Operations Command or the Office of Naval Intelligence[1].
Kurt-051 was affiliated with this group, but it is unknown whether this was part of his continued guise as a member of NavLogCom or if it was part of his assignment within ONI. Given its title, it may be the UNSC's judicial branch.
