New Jerusalem was a large United Nations Space Command colony in the Human-held Cygnus System [1].It was discovered by the Covenant and was known to be defended by the 26th Marine Expeditionary Force. It was most likely glassed, but as of right now, no information is known.

- It should be noted that a new Jerusalem is mentioned many times in the book Revelation.
