Production notes[edit]

In a self-described "fan fiction" short story written during Halo Wars development by writer Graeme Devine, the disappearance of Spirit of Fire resulted in widespread conspiracy theories that the ship and its crew had joined the Insurrectionist movement. The story describes the Mary Cutter assaulted a reporter when asked about this theory, refusing the accept that her husband would turn rebel.[1]

Trivia[edit]

  • Cutter has a picture of Mary and their daughter inside his office onboard the Spirit of Fire.[2]
