Margaret Efendi is the owner of the www.ilovebees.com web site that the AI Melissa crashes into during the i love bees saga.
Margaret is a retired substitute schoolteacher (17 years in the Vacaville school system.) She became interested in the Internet through her honey business, Margaret's House of Bees. She lives with her cat, Farnsworth. Her hobbies include reading, especially mysteries. Her favorite books are Ellis Peters, the Brother Cadfael books, Alexander McCall Smith and the Precious Ramotswe books.
Margaret loves her niece Dana Awbrey, who also ran the www.ilovebees.com site, and views her as the daughter she never had.[1]

- Aunt Margaret is played by Mary Varnarsdale.
- Her email address is "ladybee777@hotmail.com". When the Sleeping Princess occupied her website, she took over the email account as well.[2]
