Lucius Jiron

Captain Lucius R. Jiron was an officer of the Office of Naval Intelligence.[1]
In 2544, shortly after the Battle of Miridem, he received a narrow-band point-to-point transmission from VADM Berlin M. Tursk regarding the capture of Catherine Halsey.[1]
