This unidentified vessel was a United Nations Space Command GA-TL1 Longsword-class Interceptor of the UNSC Navy.

Background

During UNSC exploration of an unidentified Forerunner installation, this vessel was shot down by an unseen projectile leading the rear of the vessel to explode. Parts of the left wing would fall into the sea near a beach close to a Forerunner weather station while the fore section crashed straight into the sand; its remaining wing tilting into the air.

Trivia

Due to the presence of a Longsword on this Forerunner installation, it can be deduced that the multiplayer map is set on Installation 04. While the Template:UNSCship carried a Longsword complement during the Battle of Installation 04, the Template:UNSCship was never seen to have any during the Battle of Installation 05, while the UNSC had no need to explore the recently released Installation 04B.
