Loka 'Bandolee

Loka 'Bandolee was a Sangheili warrior in the Fleet of Particular Justice. When the Fleet discovered a gas mine on Threshold that was distinctly Forerunner in origin, the Prophet of Stewardship sent a retrieval team under 'Bandolee and Sesa 'Refumee to investigate it. Supreme Commander Thel 'Vadamee disapproved, believing that all Covenant forces should be concentrated on Halo until the UNSC presence was eliminated. What happened to 'Bandolee is unknown. He may have joined Sesa 'Refumee's Heretic movement, or may have been killed by the Flood. [1]
