Lifeshaper

Lifeshaper was the highest rank attainable by a Forerunner Lifeworker. Only three individuals had ever been given the title. The Librarian was a Lifeshaper.[1] As the Librarian was often referred to as "the Lifeshaper",[2] it is likely she was the only Lifeshaper who lived at the time.
