Leeward's is a dive bar located on the docks of Karnak, Lombard and on the coast of the Gold Sea, on Draco III. The bar was frequented by Edward Buck, his father, and his uncle Lou for both meals and drink.[1] It was noted for serving an amazing seafood chowder (even though the various seafood ingredients were unknown to the patrons) and also served as the place for Buck's going away party before enlistment. During the Battle of Draco III and the glassing that occurred, the bar miraculously survived (albeit with bullet holes and plasma burns on the building). Later, Jun-A266 would meet up with Buck here after the Draco III rebellion to drink baijiu in memory of Jonathan Doherty and to recruit Buck and the remnants of his team into the SPARTAN-IV program.
